Miami Township Residents can pick up Tree and Brush Vouchers at 6007 Meijer Dr. Milford, Oh 45150 (Monday-Friday 7:15 a.m. -4:00p.m.)
Union Township Residents can pick up Tree and Brush Vouchers at 4312 Glen Este-Withamsville Rd Cincinnati, Oh 45245 (Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. -4:00p.m.)
VOUCHER GUIDELINES
- ANY DUMPS that are not brush (dirt, rocks, sod, concrete, etc.) will be considered an extra expense and be charged accordingly. All non-biodegradable dumps will be subject to a $50 immediate fine, which will be the responsibility of the Miami Township resident to which this voucher was issued.
- ALL DUMPS must be made within business hours. Please check with the wholesale office for hours.
- An authorized Bzak employee must check ALL loads prior to dumping.
- ALL DUMPS that contain logs or limbs must be 4 ft. or less in length. If there are larger logs, you are responsible for cutting them to the required length. If this is not done, you will be charged a fine determined by the General Manager, which will be the responsibility of the Miami Township resident in which this voucher was issued to. If this is a consistent oversight, you will forfeit all prepaid dump privileges.
- This voucher is VALID AT the 931 Round Bottom Road. LOCATION ONLY.
All other residences and companies will be charged starting January 1, 2023, at all locations that accept yard waste.

Hamilton County Yard Waste

Bzak Landscaping is the contract holder for the Hamilton County Environmental Services Yard Waste Recycling program, but only at our Newtown Turpin Lane satellite location (not our main Round Bottom Road location).
Brush and tree branches must be cut into manageable lengths and must be no larger than 12 inches in diameter.
Brush and tree branches must be bundled. Bundles must not be heavier than 50 pounds.
Yard trimmings must be brought to locations in containers or bags – brown paper bags preferred.
Containers and plastic bags will be removed by residents.
Yard trimmings in commercial vehicles or from commercial establishments cannot be accepted.
No large trailers or trucks larger than pickups.
No pallets, boards, nails, fence, or wire accepted.
No bricks, stones, or soil accepted.
Illegal dumping prohibited.
All children must stay inside vehicles.
Hamilton County residents only.
No decking, treated or painted lumber accepted.
At our Newtown location we also sell bulk and bagged products of mulch, topsoil, gravel, sand etc. We also carry some natural stone, straw and pine straw. Seasonally we carry bulk and bagged salt.
